Scrumptious and filling - here is the power smoothie that I've been drinking for breakfast a lot lately and I am completely obsessed with. Just one glass and I feel incredible. Plus it is full of nutrients that is great for your skin, which I direly needed after all that my skin went through during a holiday. Don't be fooled by the green color, I know many of you just don't like the sip of anything that has the green tone. This green smoothie really tastes great thanks to the peach, orange and avocado that overpower spinach.
Peach, Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie Recipe | Raw Vegan
Raw vegan, gluten-free, no bake/raw, nut-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free, soy-free.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe peach pitted and quartered
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 heaping cup of spinach or kale
- Whole orange
- 1 medjool date (optional)
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth2. Garnish with blueberries and peach if desired!
I start almost everyday with a glass of raw vegan smoothie. Such an easy and delightful day to pack a wide array of nutrients.

Vitamin tea and Green energy drinks is what I take before breakfast every day. I make a smoothie with wild blueberries, fresh ground Flax seed and juice or other tea, and add a banana and this is what I have to start my day.
